Upper (あっぱー Appā?) is an enemy that appears in Bubble Symphony. It is originally an enemy from the Taito game PuLiRuLa, and appears in Radish Land, Bubble Symphony's PuLiRuLa-themed world.

Uppers are purple motorcycle-like creatures with a single wheel. They have two arms on each side of their bodies, and two visible teeth on either side of their mouths.
In PuLiRuLa, Uppers are green and have a blue pattern on the side of their bodies, a detail left out from their Bubble Symphony appearance, possibly due to the difference in size between their sprites from either game.
