Magic Cane

The Magic Cane (魔ま法ほうの杖つえ, Mahō no Tsue^?), also known as the Magic Wand (マジックワンド, Majikku Wando^?) or the Staff (スタッフ, Sutaffu^?), is a type of recurring item appearing in the Bubble Bobble series. In most appearances, it causes any remaining bubbles in the current round to turn into a specific food item after the player has cleared it, as well as causing a big food item worth a large amount of points to fall from above. The type of food item typically depends on the color of wand collected.
