Hashiritai (走り鯛 Hashiritai?) is an enemy originating from the Taito-developed arcade title KiKi KaiKai. It appears as an enemy in the Game Boy Color version of Rainbow Islands.
Etymology[]
The name "Hashiritai" is a pun on the Japanese phrase hashiri tai (走りたい?), meaning "to run", and tai (鯛?), referring to the red seabream.
