Bubble Bobble (バブルボブル Baburu Boburu?) is a game released by Taito in 1990 for the Game Boy. It is a handheld conversion of the arcade title of the same name. It is the first Bubble Bobble game developed primarily for a handheld console.
Story[]
Super Drunk Jr. has stolen the Moon Water from the nearby lake and has kidnapped the four spirits that protect it. Meanwhile, Bob has been struck with a illness so Bub, seeing that a cure has been stolen, transforms into a Bubble Dragon to stop Super Drunk Jr. and cure his brother.
